2nd period:

• Read in travel books and magazines about different French monuments, cities, villages and tourist destinations in general. Presented our findings to the class.
• Homework: Work on your francophone project research. Presentations begin immediately following Spring Break!

9th period:

• Discussed current events and artifacts.
• Completed the France and Europe map activity.
  
• Homework: Continue to do research on your francophone project.

**This week in French I, we will finish reviewing pages 76-81. These pages concentrate on school vocabulary, talking about where you go to school, what grade you are in, etc. It also focuses on the differences between the French educational system and the American system.**

En classe:

• Daily review questions and conversations in French about the weekend, etc.
• Bell activity - translated sentences into French using the vocabulary from pages 76-81.
• Discussed articles and artifacts.
• Passed back the Unité 3 test and made corrections (1st and 6th periods only).
• Passed back the letter to Nathalie (1st period only).

Les devoirs:

• Study for Wednesday's quiz on pages 76-81.

• Daily review questions and conversations in French.
• Translated 5 sentences/questions using the vocabulary from pages 204-205.
• Played "Frappeur" using the vocabulary.

• Worked with partners to peer-edit the letters to Nathalie based on the letter from page 76.
• Created schedules based on Nathalie Aubin's on page 79.

• Using the revisions made in class, write/type a second, final draft of your letter to Nathalie.

• Completed activity 9 on page 205 with a partner.
• Passed back and made corrections to Leçon 22 quiz on the future tense and à + definite article.
• Translated sentences using the new vocabulary on pages 204-205.
• Played charades to review these vocabulary words.

Les devoirs:

• Make note cards using the vocabulary on pages 204-205: one side with the French word/expression and the other side with a sketch or drawing to symbolize it.
