  • Discussed French stores such as the bakery, butcher, etc. and their role in the daily French lifestyle.

  • Daily review questions and conversations in French about weekend plans, etc.
  • Discussed Friday's famous Francophone: MC Solaar. Listened to some of his music!
  • Read Caroline and Jean-Pierre's bios and completed the "Compréhension" on page 148.
  • Completed the "Et toi?" survey on page 149.
  • Read the "Note Culturelle" on page 149 and discussed the cultural significance of Montpellier and Strasbourg.
  • Wrote to pen pals.
