In class:

• Discussed Famous Francophone: Nicolas Sarkozy.
• Read and discussed a worksheet about Paris and the monuments. Labeled monuments on the other side of the worksheet on a map of Paris.
• Assigned a monument to each student to color in preparation for our large-sized map of Paris.

Homework:

• Research your monument and take notes on at least 10 interesting facts. Come prepared to discuss and share with the class on Friday.
• Bring in articles and artifacts on Monday.
• Continue your Francophone country project research.
